Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCA12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,458 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ABCA12-associated genes across cancer lineages are RCC1, PIGA, and TMEM269. Each is linked with ABCA12 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCA12-to-partner and partner-to-ABCA12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RCC1 grouped by ABCA12-low versus ABCA12-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCA12→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCA12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
