AADAT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AADAT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,707 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AADAT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UHRF1, VSIR, and WDR12. Each is linked with AADAT in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AADAT-to-partner and partner-to-AADAT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AADAT versus UHRF1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AADAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→AADAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
