AADAT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AADAT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 433 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AADAT-associated genes across cancer lineages are LARP1, UBXN6, and PRELID1. Each is linked with AADAT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AADAT-to-partner and partner-to-AADAT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LARP1 grouped by AADAT-low versus AADAT-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AADAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→AADAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
