Across TCGA patient cohorts, AADAT mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AADAT-associated genes across cancer lineages are Annexin-1, Rab11, and BRCA2. Each is linked with AADAT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AADAT-to-partner and partner-to-AADAT results are reported.
