A1BG-AS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, A1BG-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,237 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible A1BG-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAP1A_S2022, ASPN, and SNX21. Each is linked with A1BG-AS1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both A1BG-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-A1BG-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, A1BG-AS1 versus MAP1A_S2022 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.20.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (A1BG-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→A1BG-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
