Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, A1BG-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated A1BG-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher A1BG-AS1 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated A1BG-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and UVM show a favorable association.

LUAD, KIRP, and KIRC are the cancer types where A1BG-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
