Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNA activity of the Positive regulation of toll-like receptor 2 signaling pathway pathway is significantly associated with the protein abundance of multiple proteins, with the OV cohort showing a particularly strong set of associations.

The most reproducible pathway-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LSP1, SF3B3, and RSF1_S1282, each associated with the pathway in up to 8 cancer types.
