Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZYX RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,197 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZYX-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZYX_S267, SH3PXD2B, and ZYX_S281. Each is linked with ZYX in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZYX-to-partner and partner-to-ZYX results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZYX versus ZYX_S267 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZYX→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZYX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
