ZYX

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZYX protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,784 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZYX-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDGFRB, TGFB3, and CALD1. Each is linked with ZYX in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZYX-to-partner and partner-to-ZYX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZYX versus PDGFRB in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZYX→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZYX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
