Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZYX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,700 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZYX-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDRT15P7, DCANP1, and TMEM225. Each is linked with ZYX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZYX-to-partner and partner-to-ZYX results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDRT15P7 grouped by ZYX-low versus ZYX-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZYX→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZYX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
