ZYX

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZYX RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,704 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZYX-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDLIM7, FLNA, and CD151. Each is linked with ZYX in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZYX-to-partner and partner-to-ZYX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZYX versus PDLIM7 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZYX→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZYX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
