Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZYX RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,398 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZYX-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cytoskeleton organization, Positive regulation of actin filament bundle assembly, and Positive regulation of supramolecular fiber organization. Each is linked with ZYX in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZYX-to-partner and partner-to-ZYX results are reported.
