ZW10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZW10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,665 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZW10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AASDHPPT, CUL5, and UBE4A. Each is linked with ZW10 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZW10-to-partner and partner-to-ZW10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZW10 versus AASDHPPT in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZW10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZW10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
