ZW10

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZW10 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ZW10 data layer compared with 5 for mutation status and 4 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher ZW10 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZW10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and READ show a favorable association.

KIRC, MESO, and ACC are the cancer types where ZW10 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
