ZW10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZW10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZW10-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, JNK_pT183_Y185, and Ku80. Each is linked with ZW10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZW10-to-partner and partner-to-ZW10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by ZW10-low versus ZW10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZW10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZW10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
