ZW10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZW10 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,551 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZW10-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYH13, TBX21, and MEGF8. Each is linked with ZW10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZW10-to-partner and partner-to-ZW10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYH13 grouped by ZW10-low versus ZW10-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZW10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZW10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
