ZSWIM2

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZSWIM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,429 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZSWIM2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of microtubule-based process, Transport along microtubule, and Cytoskeleton-dependent intracellular transport. Each is linked with ZSWIM2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSWIM2-to-partner and partner-to-ZSWIM2 results are reported.
