ZSWIM2

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZSWIM2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ZSWIM2 data layer compared with 3 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher ZSWIM2 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZSWIM2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD show a favorable association.

KIRP, KICH, and UCEC are the cancer types where ZSWIM2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
