ZSWIM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZSWIM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,683 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZSWIM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMD9, MIR4765, and E2F1. Each is linked with ZSWIM2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSWIM2-to-partner and partner-to-ZSWIM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMD9 grouped by ZSWIM2-low versus ZSWIM2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZSWIM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZSWIM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
