ZSWIM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZSWIM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZSWIM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRR27, KRTAP5-6, and C8A. Each is linked with ZSWIM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSWIM2-to-partner and partner-to-ZSWIM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRR27 grouped by ZSWIM2-low versus ZSWIM2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZSWIM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZSWIM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
