ZSCAN26

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZSCAN26 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,750 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZSCAN26-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEAK7, TBC1D2, and HOMER3. Each is linked with ZSCAN26 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSCAN26-to-partner and partner-to-ZSCAN26 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZSCAN26→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZSCAN26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
