Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZRANB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,011 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZRANB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC190, PAX9, and RDH10-AS1. Each is linked with ZRANB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZRANB1-to-partner and partner-to-ZRANB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZRANB1 versus CCDC190 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.76.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZRANB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZRANB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
