ZRANB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZRANB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,852 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZRANB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRGJP2, RNU6-1064P, and OR11H12. Each is linked with ZRANB1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZRANB1-to-partner and partner-to-ZRANB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRGJP2 grouped by ZRANB1-low versus ZRANB1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZRANB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZRANB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
