Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZPBP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,846 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZPBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-986P, RN7SL248P, and LINC02644. Each is linked with ZPBP in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZPBP-to-partner and partner-to-ZPBP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-986P grouped by ZPBP-low versus ZPBP-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZPBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZPBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
