Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZPBP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZPBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCGB1C1, BHLHA9, and KHDC3L. Each is linked with ZPBP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZPBP-to-partner and partner-to-ZPBP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SCGB1C1 grouped by ZPBP-low versus ZPBP-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZPBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZPBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
