ZP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,148 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-577P, RNU6-375P, and DEFB130C. Each is linked with ZP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZP3-to-partner and partner-to-ZP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
