Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 70 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MOCS3, CYP2C9, and C5orf34. Each is linked with ZP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZP2-to-partner and partner-to-ZP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZP2 versus MOCS3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.89.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
