Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZP2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ZP2 data layer compared with 7 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher ZP2 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and PRAD show a favorable association.

DLBC, SKCM, and MESO are the cancer types where ZP2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
