Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,887 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM25C, SLC35B1, and DAD1. Each is linked with ZP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZP2-to-partner and partner-to-ZP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM25C grouped by ZP2-low versus ZP2-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
