ZP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,093 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNP2, ADCY2, and ETV3L. Each is linked with ZP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZP2-to-partner and partner-to-ZP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZP2 versus TNP2 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.96.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
