Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 290 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Menaquinone catabolic process, Purkinje myocyte action potential, and Membrane depolarization during Purkinje myocyte cell action potential. Each is linked with ZP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZP2-to-partner and partner-to-ZP2 results are reported.
