ZP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1E2, PRSS55, and KRTAP1-3. Each is linked with ZP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZP2-to-partner and partner-to-ZP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1E2 grouped by ZP2-low versus ZP2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
