ZNRF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNRF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,905 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNRF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYCSP26, RNA5SP416, and USP9YP10. Each is linked with ZNRF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNRF2-to-partner and partner-to-ZNRF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CYCSP26 grouped by ZNRF2-low versus ZNRF2-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNRF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNRF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
