ZNF77

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF77 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 266 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF77-associated genes across cancer lineages are AVP, TRPA1, and ZNF330. Each is linked with ZNF77 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF77-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF77 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AVP grouped by ZNF77-low versus ZNF77-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF77→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF77) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
