ZNF76

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF76 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,456 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF76-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC1A, WRNIP1, and CMTR1. Each is linked with ZNF76 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF76-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF76 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF76 versus SMC1A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF76→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF76) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
