ZNF70

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF70 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 688 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF70-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD109B, TRBV12-5, and CCDC70. Each is linked with ZNF70 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF70-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF70 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF70→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF70) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
