Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF593 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,165 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF593-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are [4Fe-4S] cluster assembly, Regulation of focal adhesion disassembly, and Protein retention in Golgi apparatus. Each is linked with ZNF593 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF593-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF593 results are reported.
