Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF593 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ZNF593 data layer compared with 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher ZNF593 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF593 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and ESCA show a favorable association.
KIRC, ACC, and LGG are the cancer types where ZNF593 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
