Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF518A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,556 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF518A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, Regulation of mRNA catabolic process, and Positive regulation of DNA metabolic process. Each is linked with ZNF518A in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF518A-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF518A results are reported.
