ZNF48

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF48 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,376 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF48-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBXN4, FBXO25, and SGCB. Each is linked with ZNF48 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF48-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF48 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UBXN4 grouped by ZNF48-low versus ZNF48-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF48→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF48) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
