Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF430 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,269 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF430-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAM1, POT1, and KIF26B. Each is linked with ZNF430 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF430-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF430 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAM1 grouped by ZNF430-low versus ZNF430-high in BREAST.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF430→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF430) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
