ZNF345

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF345 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,472 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF345-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AGO1, GABPA, and UBA2. Each is linked with ZNF345 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF345-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF345 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF345 versus AGO1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF345→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF345) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
