Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF345 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,337 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF345-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process. Each is linked with ZNF345 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF345-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF345 results are reported.
