Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF335 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,067 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF335-associated genes across cancer lineages are LY6G5B, ZGPAT, and SRSF6. Each is linked with ZNF335 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF335-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF335 results are reported.
