ZNF30

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF30 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,221 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF30-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF792, ZNF235, and ZNF527. Each is linked with ZNF30 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF30-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF30 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF30 versus ZNF792 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF30→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
