Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF30 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ZNF30 data layer compared with 3 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher ZNF30 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF30 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and READ show a favorable association.

BRCA, LGG, and READ are the cancer types where ZNF30 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
