ZNF3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,946 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCM7, ACTR3B, and AP4M1. Each is linked with ZNF3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF3-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF3 versus MCM7 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
