Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF271P mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,016 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF271P-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-203P, FOXO1B, and MRPS18C. Each is linked with ZNF271P in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF271P-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF271P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-203P grouped by ZNF271P-low versus ZNF271P-high in HNSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF271P→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF271P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
