Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF271P RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ZNF271P data layer compared with 5 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher ZNF271P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF271P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and KIRC show a favorable association.
ACC, BLCA, and OV are the cancer types where ZNF271P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
