Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF232-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,698 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF232-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ELAC2, FXR2, and NCBP3. Each is linked with ZNF232-AS1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF232-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF232-AS1 results are reported.
